The Un-Audited Standalone Financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December 2025. and to take on records limited review report issued by the auditors. In this connection and in continuation of our intimation regarding Closure of Trading Window for the Insiders of the Company vide letter dated December 29 2025 the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is already closed for the Insiders of the Company from Thursday 1stJanuary 2026 till the end of 48 hours after conclusion of the above said Board Meeting.This is for your kind information and dissemination to all concerned please.
