we wish to inform you that the Company was unable to intimate the stock exchange regarding the publication of the notice in the Bengali newspaper dated 29 November 2025 due to an error on the part of the publication house. The notice was inadvertently printed incorrectly in that edition. The publication house has since rectified the error and has republished the corrected notice in the Bengali newspaper dated 01 December 2025.
