September 4th 2020 has been fixed as the Record Date following the effectiveness of the Scheme for the purposes of determining the shareholders of the Company who shall be entitled to receive shares of Banas Finance Limited as per the swap ratio giving in the scheme which was by the Honble NCLT Mumbai dated 29th July 2020.
