Marico Kaya Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has received the certified copy of the High Court Order sanctioning the Scheme of Arrangement between Marico Kaya Enterprises Limited and Kaya Limited and their respective shareholders and creditors (the Scheme).
