Odyssey Technologies Ltd-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 11/02/2026 inter alia to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2025.

Certificate under Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants)Regulations 2018 for the quarter ended December 31 2025.

Newspaper advertisements regarding re-lodgement of transfer requests for physical shares is enclosed herewith.
