With reference to our letter dated 18.07.2025 regarding the appointment of CS Anchaal Jain as Company Secretary cum Compliance officer with effect from 18.07.2025 we wish to inform you that CS Anchaal Jain did not join the Company as Company Secretary cum Compliance officer with effect from 18.07.2025. There was no communication from her and in spite of our efforts we could not trace her whereabouts.Hence it is requested that our letter dated 18.07.2025 regarding the appointment of CS Anchaal Jain as Company Secretary cum Compliance officer be treated as deemed to be withdrawn by us.The Board of Directors are in he process of appointing a new Company Secretary cum Compliance officer at the earliest.
