Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended & Companys Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating Monitoring and Reporting Trading in its securities the Trading Window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company is closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from 1st July 2025 till 48 hours after the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2025 declared by the board.The date of the Board Meeting for approval of the aforesaid unaudited financial results will be intimated in due course of time.
