In continuation of earlier letter dated 31st March 2023 regarding intimation of closure of trading window in terms of internal code of procedure and conduct for regulating monitoring and reporting of trading by insider of the company and SEBI (prohibition of insider trading) regulation 2015 as amended for time to time it is hereby informed that the trading window for dealing in companies share/securities shall remain closed for the promoters Directors senior managerial personnel along with the immediate relatives and other designated person of the Company from Saturday 1st July 2023 till the conclusion of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial result for quarter ended on 30th June 2023.The dates of the Board meeting to be held for considering and approval of stated unaudited financial result for the quarter will be intimated to you separately.
