We wish to inform that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Co. shall be closed for Designated person including Persons viz. Directors Promoters KMPs Designated Employees and Connected persons including immediate relatives of such DPs of the Co. from 01.01.2025 till the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Co. for the qtr ended on 31.12.2024 and 48 hours thereafter. Pursuant to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2023/124 dated 19.07.2023 Co. is required to give prior intimation to designated depository appointed by the Co. i.e. CDSL at least 2 trading days prior to commencement of the trading window through online mechanism.All the Promoter and Promoter group Directors KMPs DPs/Employees Connected Persons of the Co. and their immediate relatives are advised not to deal in the shares of the Co. either directly or indirectly during the aforesaid period and the PAN will be freezed by the CDSL specifically for companies share.

In compliance with Regulation 30 and other regulations of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we regret to inform you that the Company was intimated today dated 16th October 2024 about the sad demise of Mr. Surendra Utsavlal Jain (DIN: 00245154) on 16th October 2024 belonging to the Promoter WTD and Chairman holding 389280 shares of the Company. He was associated with the Company since 2005 and was on Board since 2011 and the Company immensely benefitted from his vision and leadership during his tenure. His sudden and unexpected passing away will be an irreparable loss to the Company and all the directors and employees of the Company convey deep sympathy sorrow and condolences to his family.Further it is hereby informed that he would be ceased to be the part of promoter / promoter group of the Company in accordance with the Regulation 31A (6) (c) of the SEBI LODR Regulations 2015.
