INR000001112. M/s Purva Share Registry (India) Private Limited as a STA has properly conducted all activities as prescribed under Regulation 7(2) of SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015 thereto in relation to both physical and electronic share transfer facility of M/s Pyxis Finvest Limited for the year ended March 31 2024 on its behalf. In our opinion and to the best of our knowledge and information and according to the documents furnished to us the company has complied with all the aforesaid regulations and has maintained all the records and activities in relation to both physical and electronic share transfer.
