Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations we wish to inform that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today has agreed to relieve Ms. Subhra Gourisaria from the services of the Company as the Chief Financial Officer effective July 24 2025 in view of her joining another Tata Company.Further based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee and the Nomination and Remuneration Committee the Board of Directors at its meeting held today have appointed Mr. Bhaskar Swaminathan as the Chief Financial Officer effective August 7 2025.
