In continuation of our letter dated 13th January 2026 we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. 28th January 2026 has inter alia approved the: 1. Unaudited Financial Statements (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and period ended 31st December 2025;2. Limited Review Report from the Statutory Auditors of the Company Messrs. S S Kothari Mehta and Co. LLP Chartered Accountants on the aforesaid Financial Results.Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) we are enclosing the un-audited financial results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended on 31st December 2025. We are also enclosing the Limited Review Report of the Companys Statutory Auditors as required under Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations.
