Rishabh Instruments Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 27/05/2025 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 & 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 please be informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday May 27 2025 inter alia: 1. to consider approve and take on record the Audited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended March 31 2025; and2. to consider declaration of dividend on Equity Shares of the Company if any.Further pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company has been closed from April 1 2025 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the Audited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended March 31 2025 are made public on May 27 2025.Kindly take the same on your records.
