S H Kelkar and Company Limited has informed the exchange about the approval of an additional equity investment of an amount not exceeding AED 5 Million by Keva Fragrances Private Limited wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company in Keva Middle East FZE wholly-owned subsidiary of Keva Fragrances Private Limited and in turn that of the Company.
