The relevant details of Earnings Call (group) with the Investors or Analysts scheduled for Thursday 29th January 2026 at 11:00 a.m. (IST) to discuss the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter & nine months ended 31st December 2025 is enclosed for your information & records.

Samhi Hotels Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 28/01/2026 inter alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (UFRs) of the Company for the quarter & nine months ended 31st December 2025 both on standalone & consolidated basis. The Trading Window for dealing in Companys shares has already been closed w.e.f. 01st January 2026 and shall remain closed upto the expiry of 02 (two) trading days after declaration of the said UFRs. The Company has already intimated the same to the Exchange(s) on 26th December 2025.

The certificate(s) issued by KFin Technologies Limited Companys Registrar & Share Transfer Agent is enclosed for your records for the quarter ended 31st December 2025 confirming the details of securities dematerialized/ rematerialized during the aforesaid period as per regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (DP) Regulations 2018 which have been furnished to all the stock exchange(s) where the Companys shares are listed.

The Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company by all the designated person(s) (including their immediate relatives) & specified connected persons will be closed for declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31st December 2025 from the first day after the end of quarter i.e. 01st January 2026 up to the expiry of 02 (two) trading days after the declaration of the said financial results. The date of board meeting for the declaration of the financial results will be intimated separately.
