Execution Of Business Transfer Agreement By & Between SAMHI Hotels Limited And Deventure Hotel And Resorts Private Limited For The Transfer Of Business Undertaking Of Hotel Caspia

The Company and Deventure Hotel and Resorts Private limited (Buyer) have inter-alia executed & entered into a Business Transfer Agreement (BTA) in relation to the transfer of the Business Undertaking i.e. Hotel Caspia (as defined in the BTA) which was approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. Wednesday 13th August 2025. The relevant details as required under SEBI LODR Regulations are enclosed for information & records.
