Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements ) Regulation 2015 read with Schedule III thereof we would like to inform that Shakti Pumps (India) Limited has received the work order under Component B of PM-KUSUM scheme from Haryana Renewable Energy Department (HAREDA) for 3511 Pumps. The total amount of work including GST is Rs. 122.14 Crores.
