Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby inform that Ms. Adya Ojha (Membership Number-50340) has tendered her resignation from the position of Company Secretary and Key Managerial Personnel of Sharp Investment Limited due to unavoidable reasons.The resignation has been accepted and will be effective from 5th February 2026 being her last working day with the company.
