Gorwa Vadodara- 390016 Gujarat India inter alia to consider and approve the Standalone Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 31st December 2025.In continuation of our earlier intimation dated 27th December 2025 regarding Closure of Trading Window the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company has been already closed from 01st January 2026 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on 31st December 2025.
