To consider and approve the variation in terms and objects of the proposed Rights Issue of Equity Shares as originally approved in the Board Meeting dated January 06 2026.2. To approve the insertion of a new object for the utilization of the Rights Issue proceeds specifically for the repayment/pre-payment of certain borrowings availed by the Company.3. To approve the revised Draft Letter of Offer (DLOF) / Letter of Offer (LOF) and other related documents to be filed with the regulatory authorities.
