The Board of Directors of Surya India Limited in its meeting held on 16th day of December 2025 based on the recommendation of Nomination & Remuneration committee has approved the appointment of Mr. Navneet Kumar Mishra (Membershio No. 78499) as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company which is in accordance with the provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act 2013 and Regulation 6(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015(Listing Regulations) as amended from time to time. Further in compliance of Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations and SEBI circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 2024.
