That as per the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and any other applicable regulations if any as amended from time to time the Trading window for dealing in securities of Surya India Limited will remain closed for Designated Persons and persons having access to the Unpublished Price Sensitive Information from Thursday 01st day of January 2026 up to the conclusion of 48 hours from the date of declaration of the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ending on 31st December 2025. The details of the date of Board Meeting to be held for the consideration and approval of the un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ending on 31st December 2025 shall be intimated in due course of time.
