The Company Systematix Corporate Services Limited has acquired stake in Urban Affordable Housing LLP on May 23 2025. The Company has acquired 80% stake in the total contribution i.e. 160 000/- of LLP Capital through direct capital contribution and Urban Affordable Housing LLP will become subsidiary of the Company.
