This is to inform you that in pursuance to SEBI (PIT) Regulations 2015 and companys code of conduct to prevent insider trading the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed for considering the unaudited financial results for the 3rd quarter ended 31.12.2025 and other allied matters w.e.f. 01.01.2026 till 48hours of the conclusion of the Board Meeting at which such unaudited financials results shall be approved.
