Mr. Vivek Kumar Ratakonda the Resolution Applicant whose Resolution Plan is approved by Committee of Creditors of Tricom Fruit Products Limited with requiste majority has unconditionally accepted letter of intent.Further he has also paid the necessary Performance Security Deposit as envisaged on the RFRP document.2.The undersigned Resolution Professional has thereupon filed an Interlocutory Application u/s 30 of IBC 2016 seeking approval of the Resolution Plan along with the Scheme of Merger and Amalgamation before the Honble NCLT Mumbai on 9th February 2025 within the stipulated 180 days of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process period.The Bombay Stock Exchange is requested to take the above information on its record.
