In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR Regulations this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of Triveni Engineering & Industries Limited (the Company) at its meeting held today i.e. 29th July 2025 has inter-alia considered and approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the 1st quarter ended June 30 2025 (Q1 FY26). Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI LODR Regulations we are enclosing the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the Q1 FY26 along with Limited Review Reports of the Statutory Auditors of the Company thereon and the Newspaper publication being issued by the Company.The meeting of the Board commenced at 12 Noon and concluded at 4:15 p.m.
