Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI(PIT) Regulations 2015 Notice is hereby given that the Trading Window for trading in securities of the Company shall remain closed for Directors Officers and Designated Employees with effect from 11th August 2025 till 48 hours from the date of conclusion of the Board Meeting to be held on 22nd August 2025 as per the intimation disseminated on 11th August 2025 to the BSE.
