In Persuance of SEBI (PIT) Regulations 2015 and Insider trading code and code of practices /procedures for fair disclosure of unpublished price sensitive information and the trading window for dealing in securities of the company for all insiders i.e. Directors/ officers / Designated persons /Promoters / Immediate relatives of Designated persons covered under company code of conduct for prevention of insider trading will be closed from 1.1.2026 and will continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for quarter ending 31.12.2025.The date of board meeting for consideration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ending 31.12.2025 shall be intimated seperately.

Pursuant to reg 30 of SEBI(LODR) Regulations 2015 we hereby inform that the company has received an intimation through email from Administrator APIDC dated 20.11.2025 from Andhra Pradesh Industrial Corporation Limited (APIDC):1. As a part of reorganisation consequent to the bifurcation of erstwhile state of A.P. into states of Telangana and Andhra pradesh an Expert committee appointed by the Govt recommended that the equity shares held by APIDC be transferred to Telangana State Industrial Development Corporation Limited (TSIDC).2.In Accordance with the above recommendation APIDC has transferred its entire shareholding of 192900 equity shares of RS.10/- each constituting 7.58 % of the paid up equity share capital to TSIDC.3.The transfer was completed on 18.11.2025 via Demat as per the email dated 20.11.2025 and APIDC has also marked a copy of the email dated 20.11.2025 to BSE Ltd. and intimation to the company.The RTA has not so far reported about the above transaction.
