Pursuant to Reg 30 of SEBI(LODR) Regulations 2015 we hereby clarify that we missed out to intimate that Mr. Jayesh Patel had tendered his resignation as Non Executive Independent Director of the Company w.e.f. 13/05/2025 citing personal commitment. Therefore in continuation to earlier letter dated 13/05/2025 we hereby clarify that erroneously missed out to give intimation under Regulation 30. Kindly take this on record.
