We wish to inform you that our Company Vinny Overseas Limited (the Company) in its Board Meeting dated February 25 2023 have allotted 13 1482241 Equity shares of Rs. 1/- each as fully paid Bonus Shares to the existing shareholders of the Company as on Record. Date February 24 20.23 in the ratio of 13:10 [.e. 13 (Thirteen) fully paid Equity Shares for every 10 (Ten) Equity Shares held).Post the above allotment the paid-up Equity Share capital of the Company would stand at Rs -232623311/- consisting of 23262331 equity shares of Rs. I l- each. The said shares shall rank pari-passu with existing Equity Shares of the Company in all respect.
