This is to inform that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday 27th May 2025 inter-alia to consider the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Financial Year ended 31/03/2025 and to recommend Dividend if any for the F.Y. 2024-25 subject to approval of Members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
