Pursuant to provisions of SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and in accordance with the code of conduct to regulate monitor and report trading by Designated Persons please note that Trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Desiganted persons (as defined in the code) from 1st January 2026 for the purpose of consideration of un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ending 31st December 2025.The Trading Window shall open after 48 hours of the un-audited financial results for the quarter and nine months ending 31st December 2025 become generally available.
