In terms of provisions of Regulation 30 (read with Part A of Schedule III) and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ( Listing Regulations ), we wish to inform you that, Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Sharma, President - Manufacturing, Quality & R&D, designated as Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of the Company, has tendered his resignation from the services of the Company effective from close of business hours of 2nd February, 2026 due to personal reasons and consequently shall cease to be SMP of the Company.
