The Board of Directors in its meeting dated May 30 2025 recommended final dividend of Rs. 500/- (Five Hundred) per equity share of Rs. 100/- each subject to approval of Shareholders in the ensuring Annual General Meeting. Dividend if approved by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting shall be paid within a period of 30 days from the date of Annual General Meeting. Date of Annual General Meeting and record date shall be intimated separately in due course
