Zodiac Energy Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 09/02/2026 inter alia to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Result for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31 2025 and Others.

Certificate under Regulation-74(5) of SEBI ( DP ) Regulation 2018 for the period ended on December 31 2025.

Zodiac Energy Limited has entered into Agreement with Amanta Healthcare Limited dated January 02 2026 for installation of solar power plant of 10.8 MWp for generation of electricity for captive consumption.
