Budget 2018: Will Jaitley pay heed to diamond traders' pending demands?

As Finance Minister Arun Jaitley is set to present the Union Budget on February 1, the diamond traders want the presumptive tax to be implemented. They are also demanding permission for minors to sell their rough diamonds in Special Economic Zones (SEZ).
