COVID-19: Ravi Shankar Prasad launches helpline number for assistance, healthcare and guidance

New Delhi, Apr 09 (ANI): Communication and Technology Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad on April 9 launched an initiative between Govt of India and Tamil Nadu, with the name Aarogya Setu IVRS. "It will activate once you give a missed call and all options for assistance, healthcare and guidance will be available to you on it," Prasad added. Ravi Shankar Prasad said, "We are also going to launch Aarogya Setu Interactive Voice Response System in other states soon, today was a pilot." He said that while Aarogya Setu is for smart phones, IVRS version will be available even for non smart phones.
