'It was challenging': Chandigarh hospital chief on Punjab ASI's hand surgery

Chandigarh, Apr 13 (ANI): PGI Chandigarh Director Jagat Ram informed that the surgery of Punjab ASI, whose hand was chopped off by Nihangs, was very challenging and took more than seven hours to execute."The operation theatre was kept ready as soon as I received the call from DGP Punjab. It was a very challenging surgery and took about 7 1/2 hours. He (Punjab ASI whose hand was chopped off) is stable today but recovery will take time," said Ram.
