Jammu and Kashmir's Athar Aamir secures second place in IAS exams

Anantnag (J and K), May 24: The young Aamir-Ul Shafi Khan has made Jammu and Kashmir proud by securing second rank in the country's prestigious UPSC exams. With this feat, he has become the youngest person from the state to crack the examination and set a great example for others.
