Haridwar (Uttarakhand), Mar 11 (ANI): The first 'Shahi Snan' of 'Maha Khumbh Mela' is on March 11. Haridwar is shining bright with lights and decorations. 'Maha Kumbh Mela' pilgrimage witnesses one the largest mass gatherings in the world. 'Maha Shivratri' will be celebrated today.
