Ahmedabad (Gujarat), Apr 11 (ANI): Manufacturing of Hydroxychloroquine tablets has been paced up by Indian pharmaceutical giant Zydus Cadila's Ahmedabad manufacturing unit. There has been an increase in the demand of the tablets all over the world after the drug deemed to be useful in dealing with COVID-19. Zydus Cadila CEO Pankaj Patel had informed that the company will produce around 15 crore tablets by next month.

India's two big realty firms Godrej Properties and Macrotech Developers have sold properties worth over Rs 22,000 crore during April-September, up 56 per cent annually, on strong demand for premium homes.

During the first six months of the current fiscal year, Godrej Properties sold properties worth over Rs 13,800 crore, and Macrotech Developers' sales bookings stood at Rs 8,320 crore. The bulk of these sales were of housing units.
The combined sales bookings of both Mumbai-based realty firms stood at Rs 22,120 crore during April-September 2024 against Rs 14,178 crore sales registered by the two companies in the year-ago period.

Sharing a copy of the letter sent by Delhi Police rejecting his request for sitting on a fast at the Jantar Mantar, Wangchuk, in a post on X, said, "Another rejection, another frustration. Finally this morning we got this rejection letter for the officially designated place for protests."
"If Jantar Mantar is not allowed, please tell us which place is allowed. We want to abide by all laws and still express our grievance in a peaceful way. Why is it so difficult to follow the path of Gandhi in his own country? There must be a way."
