Sheila Dikshit changed the face of Delhi: Kiran Bedi

New Delhi, Jul 20 (ANI): Reacting to the demise of former Delhi chief minister Sheila Dikshit, Pudducherry's Lieutenant Governor Kiran Bedi said the late senior Congress leader had changed the face of the national capital during her 15-year rule in Delhi. Bedi added that she personally saw the amount of development which happened in Delhi during Dikshit's tenure. Bedi called the three-time Delhi CM a cultural and polite woman.
