This is to inform you that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 and in compliance with companys Code of Conduct to regulate monitor and report Insider Trading the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company for all its Directors Designated Persons and their immediate relatives will remain closed from 1st January 2023 till 48 hours from the announcement of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December 2022.
