Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) we wish to inform you that Board of Directors of the Company has appointed CS Rupal Patel Practising Company Secretary (Membership No. 6275 COP No. 3803) as Secretarial Auditor of the Company in pursuance to the provisions of the Section 204 of the Companies Act 2013 and Regulation 24A of the Listing Regulations in their meeting held February 13th 2023.
