In reference to our Announcement dated April 19 2023 regarding Notice of extra Ordinary General Meeting to be held on May 12 2023 we have noticed that there are some correction in the Notice of EOGM and accordingly we hereby give following further explanation by way of this corrigendum( addendum) to the Item No. 456 and their explanatory statement.
