Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to bring to your kind notice that the following shareholder/s has reported to the Company about loss of his share certificate/s and requested the Company to issue a duplicate share certificate/s and thereafter after due verification of required documents submitted by the shareholder the company/RTA has issued Letter of confirmation on 10.05.2023 to the above said shareholder according to the SEBI Circular No. SEBI / HO / MIRSD / MIRSD_RTAMB / P /CIR/2022/8 dated January 25 2022.
