Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) we wish to inform you that Board of Directors of the Company has appointed M/s Dikshant Malhotra & Associates as Secretarial Auditor of the Company in pursuance to the provisions of the Section 204 of the Companies Act 2013 and Regulation 24A of the Listing Regulations in their meeting held 26th May 2023.
