With reference to the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading framed pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended and the circular issued by National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. vide NSE/CML/2019/11 and BSE Ltd. vide LIST/COMP/O1/2019-20 dated April 02 2019 the Trading Window of the Company will remain closed with immediate effect (i.e. May 29th 2023) till 48 hours after declaration of Financial Results to Stock Exchange.
