Non Applicability of Regulation 24A as per Regulation 15 (2) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) (LODR) Regulation 2015.This is to inform you that Regulation 24A of SEBI( Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation2015 is not applicable to the Company as per Regulation 15 (2) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015 as the paid up equity share capital and net worth of the Company were less than 10 crore and 25 Crore respectively as on 31st March 2023.
