Announcement Under Regulation 30 Of SEBI(LODR) Regulations 2015 - Communication To The Shareholders Holding Shares In Physical Form For Updation Of KYC Details.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulation) and SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/37 dated March 16 2023 we hereby submit communication which has been sent to the shareholders who have not furnished either the PAN KYC or nomination details against their shareholding in the physical folio(s) indicating the process and documentation required for updating their details of PAN mobile number bank account details specimen signature KYC or nomination details. The shareholders are accordingly advised to furnish the prescribed KYC documents / details to the Registrar & Share Transfer Agent viz. Adroit Corporate Services Private Limited. The shareholders are also being informed regarding the linking of their PAN with Aadhaar on or before the prescribed date.
